Very informative but in a fun way, beautiful illustrations, good way to learn about trees
I choose this rating because the story is factual as well as entertaining.
We should all respect the tree and the forest as they are a necessary part of our lives.
I have been reading Bur Oak Chronicles to my daughters (6 & 8) at bedtime the last few nights. We are just leaving Lobelia right now, heading to the next instructor and my girls are enjoying the story and dialog. What a great book with just the right amount of technical info.
